All our raw materials are tested before they are even allowed to be received for product verification. A spectrometer is on site and tests for the precise measurement of energies or masses of the particles in a beam. Raw materials are also tested for water activity before receiving them as well to show if bacteria will grow or not. We also verify all raw materials are what they are supposed to be before use. Once finished and completed, the completed products are then tested for microbials and macronutrients (fats carbs proteins). We fact panel test and verify everything is in the product.

What is whey protein?
Whey protein isolate is a by-product of cheesemaking. Whey protein begins its life as milk (usually cow’s milk). Enzymes and heat are added to the milk to curdle it, which forces the liquids and the solids to separate. The solids (casein – another protein powder option) are skimmed from the top, leaving the liquid whey behind. The liquid whey undergoes processing to ensure that it contains the maximum protein content. It is then dried into a powder and packaged up for consumer use. This raw ingredient is then sent off to the lab to be tested for heavy metals and for any cross contamination. There are three different forms of whey protein: concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate. Whey protein concentrate contains up to 80% protein as well as carbs and fats, while hydrolysate is a partially digested form of whey that makes absorption easier and faster. Whey protein isolate undergoes more processing than other forms of whey powder and therefore offers a higher concentration of protein (usually around 90%) as well as fewer carbs and less fat. Whey protein isolate is also unique in that the refinement process helps to remove more lactase. The overall result? A protein powder that has more pure protein than most other offerings on the market.

The item I want is out of stock; how do I order?
We do our very best to keep all our MyoSport products in stock, but sometimes certain items are popular and tough to keep on hand - no worries though, just make sure you add your email to the “email me when back in stock” feature on any product page and we will notify you ASAP the minute those products are ready to purchase again.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When you place an order from our online store you can typically expect your items to ship within -2 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.
Shipping carriers usually take 1-4 business days to fully process and deliver your order nationally for standard services. Express services if offered in your area are generally delivered within 1-2 business days nationally. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from our MyoSport fulfillment location and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
When will my tracking info be available?
All orders processed on our MyoSport website will be processed within 1 business day whenever possible; our customer service support is closed on weekends and all recognized US holidays however, so if your order comes in at that time we will process the following business day. All orders receive a real-time email notification as soon as your purchase has been paid and we follow up with all tracking notifications the minute your item(s) have left our warehouse.
I need to cancel my order - what do I do?
Our MyoSport commitment to our customers is to make sure you're happy with everything you purchase from us so whenever things aren't 100%, or if you placed your order and you made a mistake, or you decided quickly you wanted to change your selection, you must email our customer service support no less than two (2) hours from the time of your purchase so that we can hurry to correct the problem. Any purchase that has been placed and we have not been notified within this time frame will be processed and shipped as ordered with no exceptions.

What is offered regarding shipping and delivery?
Shipping costs and options are listed at checkout on our store. We offer domestic ground, priority 3-4 day and express rates. Shipping carriers usually take 1-4 business days to fully process and deliver your order nationally for standard services.
If my return is approved, how long will it take to receive my refund?
Once approved we will process your refund right away, typically within 48 hours during regular business hours. Your bank may take longer to recognize the refund so be sure to contact them once you receive our email notification.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! MyoSport is happy to offer ecards for redemption on our website. Our digital gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire. Any e-card purchased on the website is not eligible for redemption at any special event or in-person at any The Camp location.
I received a gift from your store - can I return or exchange it?
Any item received as a gift is eligible for a full online store credit for the full amount of your gifted item, no questions asked. Just submit your request in the form provided, follow all returning goods instructions on our Customer Support page and we’ll take care of the rest.
